JEI is a private Catholic Education Institute founded by Joseph Kung Za Hmung @ Win Hlaing Oo who is a Catholic Christian man (a lay person) on 12 January 2015 in Yangon, Myanmar (Burma). He is incubating this institute to a profound and renowned private but non-profit University in 25 years in Myanmar. At present, we are developing a collaboration strategy with Georgetown University of Washington, USA to improve our institute to university in Yangon, Myanmar. This institute is a national community of scholars, enlivened by Christian inspiration, engaged in the pursuit of truth and knowledge, serving the human society, especially through the creative use of interdisciplinary approaches and cyber-technology.
We are also very keen in having joint academic programs and educational association with foreign universities around the world. Any university which wants to have partnership with us, can reach us by our emails.
